AI Content Pipeline — Avatar Video, End to End
An end-to-end content pipeline that turns a script in Google Sheets into a finished, scheduled social video. A single n8n workflow generates the voice (ElevenLabs), the avatar video (HeyGen), edits it (Creatomate), saves it to Google Drive, and schedules it in Buffer — all triggered from one custom interface.
Producing avatar videos by hand is death by a thousand tools. You write the script, generate a voice in one app, render the avatar in another, edit the clip in a third, save it somewhere, then schedule it in a fourth. We collapsed that entire chain into one workflow you trigger from a single screen.
A content workflow stitched across five tools
Avatar-led content is effective, but the production path is brutal. Every video means hopping between a voice generator, an avatar tool, a video editor, cloud storage, and a scheduler — copying files between each one and keeping track of what is done and what is pending. Do that for a steady publishing cadence and most of the effort goes into shuffling assets, not creating them.
The goal was to make the whole pipeline run itself, so producing a video is a decision rather than an afternoon.
One workflow, script to scheduled post
Scripts and run details live in Google Sheets — the single place where content is defined. From there, one n8n workflow (built end to end in-house) does the rest: it generates the voiceover with ElevenLabs, renders the avatar video with HeyGen, edits the result with Creatomate, saves the finished file to Google Drive, and schedules it for publishing through Buffer.
To make it usable day to day, we built a custom interface that unifies the whole thing — so the entire pipeline can be triggered directly from one screen instead of touching each tool by hand.
