THREE WAYS SHOPS USE IT
Make one QR code with no amount. Print the standee and keep it at the counter. Customers type what they owe.
For a tea stall, canteen or juice counter, make one QR code per item. Customers scan “Coffee ₹20” and the price is already filled in.
For tuition fees, a class or a delivery charge, set the amount and a note. Send the PNG on WhatsApp or print it on an invoice.
A UPI payment QR code holds a short link that starts with upi://pay. It includes your UPI ID (pa), your name (pn), and an optional amount (am) and note (tn). When a customer scans it, their UPI app opens a payment to you with those details filled in. They enter their PIN, and the money goes from their bank to yours.
Because the code holds only these details, it does not expire. It also doesn’t need a server or an account with us. If you change your UPI ID, print a new code.
Before handing over goods, check the payment in your own app. A customer’s “payment successful” screenshot is not proof, because screenshots are easy to fake.

Yes, it is free, with no signup and no expiry. The QR code holds your UPI ID and name, so it keeps working for as long as that UPI ID works. If you change your UPI ID, make and print a new one.
No. The QR code tells the customer’s UPI app to pay your UPI ID directly. The money goes from their bank to yours. Widox never sees the payment, and this page does not upload what you type.
Any UPI app that can scan a payment QR code, such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. The code uses the standard UPI payment link format. Before you print many copies, scan a test print and pay yourself ₹1 from another phone.
If you enter an amount, most UPI apps fill it in for the customer. Some apps still let the customer change it, so always check the amount you received. Leave the amount empty if customers pay different amounts.
A bank or payment-company merchant QR can come with a sound box, settlement reports and merchant support. This page makes a simple payment QR from your existing UPI ID. It works for small shops, stalls, tutors and freelancers. However, there is no sound box, and some apps may show a caution or apply their own limits when someone pays a personal UPI ID. If you need those merchant features, ask your bank about a merchant QR.
Yes. Choose “Price list” and add up to 12 items, such as Tea ₹10 and Coffee ₹20. Each item gets its own QR code with the price already filled in. You can print them all on one sheet.
Check the payment notification or history in your own UPI or bank app before handing over goods. Do not rely on a screenshot from the customer. A screenshot can be edited.
